Our Mission

To provide our students with high-quality, engaging instruction in a safe, nurturing environment that promotes higher-level thinking, creativity and skills to be productive citizens and to provide support for those who do not demonstrate growth in these areas.

Our Vision

All students will attain (or make adequate progress towards) state and/or system designated performance levels in reading, math and science by the end of the school year.

From the Principal:

1st- Students in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades will take English/Language Arts and Math End of Grade Tests on Tuesday, May 21st and Wednesday, May 22nd. 5th grade students will take the Science End of Grade test during the week of May 27th. It is important that your student be at school and on time each day during this testing period.

2nd- For the safety of our students, staff and visitors, please make sure that students are not dropped off in the parking lot in the morning. Please either park and escort your student into the building or remain in the car line and drop your student off at the sidewalk. It is not safe for students to walk from the parking lot alone. Thank you for your cooperation.

3rd- The Discovery Garden Committee will work in the back garden on Saturday, May 18th from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Any assistance with this project will be greatly appreciated.

4th- Yearbooks are still on sale. The cost is $20.00. Please make check payable to Easley Elementary School.
